TSF Troopy Fitout (Flatpack)

Built for life on the road. Precision CNC-cut, engineered light, and designed to make the most of every inch of your TroopCarrier. Newcastle's original, and still the lightest on the market at 81.6kg.

What's included:

  • 2 Teflon slider drawers with Duraslide paddle locks — wider than metal slides, maintenance free, and effortless to pull out
  • 2 locking slide drawers
  • 4 storage hatches
  • Open cavity storage
  • Small storage compartment behind the main drawer
  • Pull-out panel storage lids — no hinges needed
  • Fridge platform (800L × 485W mm)
  • Slide-out bed platform (1890L × 940W mm)
  • Numbered plywood panels, full hardware kit (screws, glue, pre-drill/countersink tool, latches), and build drawings

Building your unit:

Everything you need to build is included. Panels are numbered and build drawings are provided. Once built, we recommend sealing with Intergrain Ultra Clear Timber Stain water-based, easy to apply, and protects the ply beautifully. Sealant and tie-down hardware are not included.

Securing to your vehicle:

We recommend Rivet Nuts finished with Kill Rust, or Turnbuckles and D-mounts.

Shipping:

Your fit out ships as a palletized flatpack. We recommend receiving it with a flatbed truck, Ute, trailer or van to avoid breaking down the pallet. Pickup from our Newcastle workshop is also available just select that option at checkout. Tracking is provided on all orders


We suggest a flat bed Truck, Ute, Trailer or Van for easy pickup without having to break down the pallet.
